ÖĞRETMEN GÖRÜŞLERİNE GÖRE OKUL MÜDÜRLERİNİN OTANTİK LİDERLİK DAVRANIŞLARI İLE ÖĞRETMENLERİN POZİTİF PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYELERİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Abstract
Araştırmanın amacı, kamu ilk ve ortaokullarda görev yapan okul müdürlerin otantik liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermayeleri arasındaki ilişkiyi ve okul müdürlerin otantik liderlik davranışlarının öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermayelerinin yordayıcısı olup olmadığını öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma grubunu 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılı Antalya ili Aksu, Döşmealtı, Kepez, Konyaaltı ve Muratpaşa ilçelerinde görev yapan ve gönüllü olarak çalışmaya katılan 354 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada “Otantik Liderlik Ölçeği” ve “Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Ölçeklerin geçerlik ve güvenilirlik analizlerinde Mplus istatistik programı kullanılarak doğrulayıcı faktör anaslizi, DFA, yapılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre okul müdürlerin otantik liderlik daranışları ile öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye düzeylerinin oratalama puanlarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Okul müdürlerin otantik liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi analiz etmek için yapılan kolerasyon analizi soncuna göre bu iki değişken arasında anlamlı orta düzeyde pozitif bir ilişki ortaya çıkmıştır. Yapılan regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre okul müdürlerin otantik liderlik davranışlarının öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermayelerini yordadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to reveal the relationship between the authentic leadership behaviors of school principals and the positive psychological capital of teachers, working in public primary and secondary schools and whether the authentic leadership behaviors of school principals are a predictor of teachers' positive psychological capital in line with teachers' opinions. The study group consists of 354 voluntary teachers who work in the districts of Aksu, Döşmealtı, Kepez, Konyaaltı and Muratpaşa in Antalya province in the 2020-2021 academic year."Authentic Leadership Scale" and "Psychological Capital Scale" were used in thr research. The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 program. In the validity and reliability analyze of the scales, confirmatory factor analysis, CFA, was performed using the Mplus statistical program. According to the research findings, it was concluded that the authentic leadership behaviors of the school principals and the average scores of the teachers' positive psychological capital levels were high. According to the result of the correlation analysis performed to analyze the relationship between the authentic leadership behaviors of school principals and the positive psychological capital levels of teachers, a significant moderate positive relationship emerged between these two variables. According to the results of the regression analysis, it was concluded that the authentic leadership behaviors of the school principals predicted the positive psychological capital of the teachers.
