Abstract
Toplumların hayatına yerleşmiş dini ve kültürel törenler, o toplumun kimlik kökleri açısından en önemli ipuçlarını barındırır. Bu yüzden halk inançları dediğimiz milletin özüne işlemiş ve gündelik hayatta büyük yer tutan bu yapı, toplumun bir nevi kimlik kartı gibi işlev görür. Halk inançlarının genelde geleneksel hala gelmesi çok uzun bir zaman gerektirir ve bünyesinde birçok inançtan motifler barındırabilir. Toplumda inanç değişiklikleri olsa bile, bu kültürel hafıza yeni dini hayatta da yaşamaya devam eder. Çünkü her milletin herhangi bir dini kabul süreci bir anda olmamış ve bilhassa Türkler açısından bu uzun bir süre almıştır. Bu yüzden Türklerin, dini uygulama pratikleri aynı dine inanan diğer milletlerle bire bir aynı değildir.

Abstract
Religious and cultural ceremonies of the settled community life, it hosts the most important tips of the roots of society in terms of identity. That's why people believe were committed to the spirit of the nation and we also place great faith in holding patterns in everyday life, it acts as a sort of identity card of the community.Becoming traditional of folk beliefs takes very long time and these folk beliefs may contain elements from many different faiths within. Even though religious belief changes continue to live this new cultural memory alive. Because every nation, not to any particular religious admissions process at a time and it has taken a long time in terms of the Turks. So the Turks, religious practices are not a practical one, same with other nations believe in the same religion.
