Abstract
Osmanlı Devleti, modernleşme süreci içinde eğitimi de ele almıştır. Toplumsal ilerlemenin top yekûn olacağı düşüncesiyle eğitimde yeni yöntemler gerektiği anlaşılmıştır. Bu çerçevede eğitimin içine kız çocukları da girmiştir. Osmanlı Eğitiminin her kademesinde kızlar da dâhil olmuştur. Kızların gerekli eğitimi alabilmesi için her kademede nizamnameler çıkarılmıştır. Böylece kızların kurumsal eğitime katılmaları hedeflenmiştir. Aynı hedef doğrultusunda öğretmen yetiştirmek amacıyla da okullar açılmıştır. Dolayısıyla toplumun bir parçası olan kadının topluma eğitimiyle katılması amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract
The Ottoman Empire also dealt with education within the process of modernization. It has been understood that new methods are needed in education, as social progress will be the top priority. Girls have also entered the education in this framework. Girls were included in every level of Ottoman Education. Regulations have been issued at every level so that girls can get the necessary training. Thus, it is aimed that girls participate in institutional education. Schools were also opened in order to train teachers in the same target. Therefore, it is aimed that the woman who is a part of the society participates by collective education.
