Abstract

H. 999 (M.1590) tarihli Revan Eyaleti Mufassal Tapu Tahrir Defteri, bölgenin ilk tahriri olması sebebiyle Azerbaycan’ın sosyal ve ekonomik tarihi açısından incelenmesi ve değerlendirilmesi gereken en önemli arşiv kaynaklarından bir tanesidir.Yapılan çalışmada defterin bu hususiyetinden istifadeyle, Ordubad bölgesinin Osmanlıidaresi altında bulunduğu dönemde Ordubad’ın bağlı bulunduğu Revan Eyaletinde geçerli olan vergi düzenive bu bölgeden tahsil edilen vergi çeşitleri ve bununyanında ,başta tarım olmak üzere, kazanın hayvancılık ve diğer üretim kaynaklarının tespitigibi konular ele alınacaktır. Böylece Azerbaycan’ın en eski yerleşim ve idari merkezlerinden bir tanesi olan Nahcıvan bölgesinin Ordubad Şehrinin ve ona bağlı nahiyelerin sosyal ve ekonomik tarihinede ışık tutulmaya çalışılacaktır.

Abstract

Since the fact that the tahrir register of the year H. 999(1590) has been the first tahrir register on the region, which again constitutes a turning point under the rule of the Ottomans, it can hence be considered as one of the most important archive documents to be investigated and interpreted, regarding to the social and economical history of Azarbaijan.In this survey, taking into account of this distinctiveness the mufassal tahrir register, the tax system and the sorts of taxes in Ordubad in Revan State in the time under the rule of the Ottomans has been studied. The mufassal tahrir register, which constitutes the subject matter of this survey, not only gives information on commercial, agricultural and animal breeding activities on the region, it also enlightens us on the the social and economical history of Ordubad City in Nahcivan and the districts attached to Nahcivan region, which is one of the oldest settlement areas and administrative centres of Azarbaijan.
