Soviet alliance to which Czarist management turned over the administration with Bolshevik Revolution in 1917 followed same political and socio-cultural assimilations policies on Turkish world's land. The housing policy carried out by the Soviets has appeared us different ways. Both the settlement of Russian immigrants on the land taken from the local people and the enforcement the local people to live in colhozes (collective farms) are important examples. Local people who had the regional dominance were exiled from their land. There were always problems between the villagers whose lands wore take away and local Soviet managers.
