Abstract

The mp of Maraş, Beyazıt belongs to Beyazıtoğulları family, who set tled into Maraş district brought from Kars in the promotion period, beingone of the local families in Maraş. Mr. Kemali served in a lot of important workings during his life in maraş. He provided a lot of services to bring in Maraş while partici pating in political activities beside medicine. It is clear that mr. Kemali was principled in his both political and social life. It was tried to be clear edup that the biography of mr. Kemali was told his workings at Grand National Assembly of Turkey and The Senate of Republic.
